Q: How does 'Full Colour' work?
A: Full colour printing uses four inks mixed in different quantities to produce multicolour images. The colour of these four inks are cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Colour produced using these inks is referred to as process colour, CMYK or full colour printing. Almost any colour can be produced by mixing these four inks. Q: Will the colour I see on my monitor match the final print I receive?
A: NO. Monitors are all different and by making just the slightest change to your brightness and contrast will show different colours. If required we can send you a colour accurate proof but there is a charge for this. If you require a colour that has to be an exact Pantone match we suggest using our 'spot colour' service, this is not available on the website at this time but please email us at info@celsiusgraphics.co.uk for further information. Q: Can you accept artwork in any format?
A: YES! We take pride in being able to accept files in any format, but please remember that if you send us any file other that a print ready PDF we do charge for converting your file. If you would like us to check over your artwork prior to print please email us first so we can give you a quote for this. Q: I have downloaded some images off the internet, will the quality be OK?
A: Please be very carefull using images off the internet. The images tend to be only 72dpi resolution and for a good print finish we recommend at least 300dpi on any images you use. We offer a very competitive design service if you are new to deisgn or just want somebody to take over the design work for you. We could also check over any artwork you have prepared prior to print but there would be a charge for this. Q: How quickly will I get my order?
A: From us accepting your file to us sending it out on the courier takes up to 7 days and then the courier service is a standard 3 - 4 day delivery. If you require a quicker turnaround or timed delivery please email us at info@celsiusgraphics.co.uk for a revised quotation. Q: DO you offer any other forms of print other than those on the webiste?
